About DUNNIXER
DUNNIXER helps leadership teams turn consequential technology and transformation decisions into executable change paths—clarifying what must change, in what order, who owns it, and how success will be measured.
We work as a small, senior team and apply a repeatable method across digital maturity, regulated-industry transformation, AI vendor decisions, and value realization.
Who we work with
We work with CIO, CDO, CTO, and Heads of Digital / Transformation in organizations roughly in the 500–5,000 employee, $100M–$2B revenue band—teams that face consequential technology and transformation decisions and need a defensible path forward.
- Internal technology and digital leaders, not vendors or agencies.
- Multiple digital, technology, and AI initiatives competing for budget and attention.
- Upcoming board, strategy, or budgeting cycles where priorities and ownership must be clear.
- A preference for structured, evidence-based decisions over generic transformation slogans.
A bit more about DUNNIXER
Behind the work is a simple idea: consequential decisions should lead to clear priorities, sequenced action, accountable ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Our Mission
DUNNIXER helps leadership teams turn consequential technology and transformation decisions into clear priorities, an executable sequence, explicit ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Our Approach
We combine structured evidence, decision criteria, capability and dependency analysis, and a practical review rhythm. Our work is consulting-led and platform-supported; client and delivery teams retain implementation ownership.
Our Team
DUNNIXER is led by Ahmed Abbas, who brings experience in IT strategy and working with enterprise technology leaders. We stay intentionally small and senior, using a focused network of specialists as needed rather than a large bench.
Where We Work
We are based in Dubai and primarily work with organizations across North America + Europe, focusing on mid-market and lower-enterprise firms with meaningful digital and AI investment.
How the DUNNIXER portfolio fits together
The same strategy-to-execution discipline is applied through a flagship diagnostic, focused decision products, regulated-industry specialization, and a self-serve platform.
- Digital Maturity Assessment is the flagship diagnostic for a baseline, benchmark, and prioritized roadmap.
- Financial Services and U.S. Banking demonstrates specialization in regulated, evidence-intensive transformation.
- AI Vendor Evaluation Scorecard and the Value Realization Diagnostic support distinct vendor and portfolio decisions.
- The DUNNIXER Platform provides a self-serve, repeatable way to apply the method.
